Yeast for the production of organic wines

CHARACTERISTICS

A yeast that originates from the Champagne-Ardenne vineyards. Saccharomyces cerevisiae galactose – (ex bayanus) is certified organic under EU regulations applicable to, and in accordance with NOP standards for organic production. A highly versatile yeast by virtue of its excellent fermentation performance and its respect of varietal wine typicity.

APPLICATIONS

Production of organic wines.
Production of sparkling wines : base wines, bottle fermentation.
Production of still wines : white, red, rosé wines.
