CHARACTERISTICS

Oak gall tannin in solution for the optimization of clarification and fining of musts and sparkling wines, particularly in combination with protein fining agents for fining white wines. Also used for maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of wines due to its antimicrobial, antioxidant and wine-structuring properties.

For the clarification and fining of base wines used for the elaboration of sparkling wines.
