CHARACTERISTICS

– Provides thiamine, inorganic nitrogen in the form of diammonium phosphate,
and organic nitrogen, vitamins, trace elements, and survival factors in the
form of inactivated yeasts.
– Improves the multiplication and viability of yeasts during second fermentation using the Charmat method (closed tank).
– Allows for smooth and complete fermentation by releasing the nitrogen required by yeasts throughout second fermentation in the Charmat (closed tank) method.
